The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission hosted a training event to pipeline operators from South Dakota, North Dakota and Wyoming. Presenters include experts in pipeline safety from the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, as well as those associated with pipeline safety oversight in the three states.
