March 2-4, 2012 – Sioux Empire Home Show, Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Come out to the Sioux Falls Convention Center to visit with PUC representatives about energy efficiency, renewable energy, telecommunications and other utility issues. While there, remember to register for our prize drawing at the PUC booth!

March 23-25, 2012 – Black Hills Home Show, Friday, noon-8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.; and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. PUC representatives will answer questions about energy efficiency, renewable energy, telecommunications and other utility issues. Show attendees can register at the PUC booth for an energy-efficient product prize drawing.

South Dakota/North Dakota Pipeline Safety Operator Training, March 2011, Sioux Falls
The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission hosted the annual South Dakota/North Dakota Pipeline Safety Seminar in March 2011. More than 110 members of the pipeline industry attended the seminar along with exhibitors. Presentations were offered by experts in pipeline safety from the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration as well as those associated with pipeline oversight in the two states.
