ELECTRIC
Application by Otter Tail Power Company for Commission consideration of a one year pilot Energy Efficiency Program. The Energy Efficiency Program consists of 10 individual programs including programs for all rate classes and major end uses showing the greatest potential for energy savings. It is proposed that the programs would be launched January 1, 2008, and it is expected that the programs, including budgets and goals, would roll over into 2009 and 2010.

NATURAL GAS
Application by Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. for approval of tariff revisions to revise its policy regarding Seasonal Reconnection charges applicable to certain natural gas customers under General Provisions Rate 100. The proposed revisions would provide seasonal business customers credit for volumes of natural gas used during the time in service when calculating the applicable reconnection charge.
