MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING

Commissioner Chris Nelson called the meeting to order. Present were Commissioner: Kristie Fiegen; Commission Attorney: Adam de Hueck; Staff Attorney: Amanda Reiss; Grain Warehouse Manager: Cody Chambliss; and Staff: Mikayla Frick.

Joining the meeting by telephone were Commissioner: Gary Hanson; Commission Attorney: Karen Cremer; Marcia Schmidt and Steve Schmidt, Roslyn Elevator; John Mullen, representing Roslyn Elevator; Charlie Nelson, Ballard Spahr representing US Bank; John Phillipi, US Bank.

Grain Warehouse

1.      GW22-002      In the Matter of Roslyn Elevator, Roslyn, South Dakota (Grain Warehouse Manager: Cody Chambliss; Staff Attorney: Amanda Reiss)

Commissioner Nelson moved to grant a FY23 Class A grain buyer and FY23 grain warehouse license to Roslyn Elevator with the conditions that Roslyn Elevator not enter into VCS or delayed price contracts. Motion carried 3-0.

There being no further business, at the hour of 10:24 a.m., the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting adjourned.
