MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING

Commissioner Chris Nelson called the meeting to order. Present were Commissioners: Kristie Fiegen and Gary Hanson; Commission Attorneys: Karen Cremer and Adam de Hueck; Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Attorney: Amanda Reiss; Grain Warehouse Manager: Cody Chambliss; and Staff: Juli Hedrick.

Joining the meeting by telephone was Steven Schmidt, Roslyn Elevator.

Grain Warehouse
1.      GW22-002      In the Matter of Roslyn Elevator, Roslyn, South Dakota (Grain Warehouse Manager: Cody Chambliss; Staff Attorney: Amanda Reiss)

         Commissioner Nelson motioned to suspend Roslyn Elevator’s Grain Buyer License; with the caveat to allow purchases made under PUC staff’s direction for the purpose of blending grain; and authorize staff to apply to Circuit Court for Receivership if needed. Motion carried 3-0.

There being no further business, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting adjourned.
