MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Commissioner Chris Nelson called the meeting to order. Commission Attorneys: Karen Cremer and Adam de Hueck; Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Attorney: Kristen Edwards; Staff Analysts: Jon Thurber, Eric Paulson and Darren Kearney; and Staff: Leah Mohr.
Present were: Amber Christenson, self; Allen Robish, self; Brian J. Murphy, NextEra Energy Resources, LLC; David Gil, Crowned Ridge Wind, LLC; and Bob Mercer, KELO reporter.
Joining the meeting by telephone were: Commissioners: Gary Hanson and Kristie Fiegen; Staff Attorney: Amanda Reiss; Kristi Mogen, self; Miles Schumacher, Lynn, Jackson, Shultz and Lebrun, PC representing Crowned Ridge Wind, LLC; Brian Riniker, Jay Haley and Joshua Tran, Crowned Ridge Wind, LLC; and Amanda Rome, Northern States Power Company dba Xcel Energy.

Commissioner Nelson moved to defer the matter to the January 7, 2019 Commission meeting or such time as outstanding questions could be answered. Motion to defer carried 3-0.
