MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING

Commissioner Gary Hanson called the meeting to order. Commissioners: Chris Nelson and Kristie Fiegen; Commission Attorneys: Karen Cremer and Adam de Hueck; Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards and Mikal Hanson; Warehouse Manager: Cody Chambliss; Warehouse Division: Paul Kenefick-Aschoff; and Staff: Kaitlyn Baucom.

Present were:
Mitchell Close, LRC.

Joining the meeting by telephone were:
Pam Connally, High Country Mercantile, Inc.

1.      GW19-002         In the Matter of the PUC Staff’s Complaint Against High Country Mercantile, Inc. (Warehouse Manager: Cody Chambliss; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards, Amanda Reiss)

     Commissioner Nelson moved to apply to the circuit court for an injunction pursuant to SDCL 49-45-1. Motion carried 2-1. Commissioner Hanson dissenting.

There being no further business, at the hour of 12:16 p.m., the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting adjourned.
