MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Commissioner Chris Nelson called the meeting to order. Commission Attorneys: Karen Cremer and Adam de Hueck; Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Attorney: Kristen Edwards; Staff Analysts: Eric Paulson, Darren Kearney and Jon Thurber; and Staff: Kaitlyn Baucom.
Present were:
Cheri Whittler, court reporter; Miles Schumacher, Lynn, Jackson, Shultz and Lebrun, PC, representing Crowned Ridge Wind, LLC; and Brian Murphy, NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, representing Crowned Ridge Wind, LLC.

1. EL19-003 In the Matter of the Application by Crowned Ridge Wind, LLC for a Permit of a Wind Energy Facility in Grant and Codington Counties (Staff Analysts: Darren Kearney, Jon Thurber, Eric Paulson; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards, Amanda Reiss)

Commissioner Nelson moved to deny the Intervenors’ Motion to Deny and Dismiss and directed that pursuant to SDCL 49-41B-13, Crowned Ridge expeditiously amend the Application to fully disclose the current and proposed rights of ownership of the proposed facility under ARSD 20:10:22:07. Motion carried 3-0.
There being no further business, at the hour of 9:43 a.m., the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting adjourned.
