MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Chairman Gary Hanson called the meeting to order. Present were: Commissioners: Chris Nelson and Kristie Fiegen; Commission Attorneys: Karen Cremer and Adam de Hueck; Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards and Amanda Reiss; Staff Analyst: Darren Kearney; and Staff: Kaitlyn Baucom.
Present were:
Christina Kilby, self; John Homan, self; Will Stone, self; Craig Magedanz, self; George Holborn, self; and Ruby Holburn, self.
Joining the meeting by telephone were:
Lisa Agrimonti, Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., representing Deuel Harvest Wind Energy, LLC; Michael Svedeman, Invenergy LLC; Kris Dahl, Otter Tail Power Company; and Jason Sutton, Boyce Law Firm, LLP, representing Otter Tail Power Company.

A lengthy discussion took place regarding docket EL18-053. Motion carried 3-0.
