MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Commissioner Chris Nelson called the meeting to order. Present were: Commission Attorney: Adam de Hueck; Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards and Amanda Reiss; Staff Analyst: Darren Kearney; and Staff: Katlyn Gustafson.

Joining the meeting by telephone were:
Chairperson: Kristie Fiegen; Commissioner: Gary Hanson; Mollie Smith, Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., representing Crocker Wind Farm, LLC; Melissa Schmidt, Crocker Wind Farm, LLC; and Reece Almond, Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith, LLP, representing intervenors.

Commissioner Nelson moved to grant party status to the 64 clients of Mr. Reece Almond. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Nelson moved to adopt the procedural schedule provided in Crocker Wind Farm, LLC’s brief. Motion carried 3-0.
