MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Commission Attorney Adam de Hueck called the meeting to order. Present were: Commissioners: Kristie Fiegen, Gary Hanson and Chris Nelson; Commission Attorney: Karen Cremer; Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Attorneys: Amanda Reiss and Kristen Edwards; Staff Analysts: Darren Kearney and Jon Thurber; and Staff: Katlyn Gustafson.
Present were:
Brett Koenecke, May, Adam, Gerdes & Thompson LLP, representing Geronimo Energy; Bob Mercer, reporter; Joe Jansen, self; Grace Adam, self; Jean Stevens, opponent of Crocker; Dave Adam, opponent of Crocker; Darci Adam, opponent of Crocker; Shad Stevens, opponent of Crocker; and Linda Jansen, opponent of Crocker.
Joining the meeting by telephone were:

1. EL17-028 In the Matter of the Application by Crocker Wind Farm, LLC for a permit of a Wind Energy Facility and a 345 kV Transmission Line in Clark County, South Dakota, for Crocker Wind Farm (Staff Analysts: Jon Thurber, Darren Kearney; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards, Amanda Reiss)

Commissioner Hanson moved to deny the Intervenors’ Motion to Deny and Dismiss Crocker Wind Farm’s Application.
Commissioner Nelson made a substitute motion to grant the Intervenors’ Motion to Deny and Dismiss Crocker Wind Farm’s Application. Motion carried 3-0.
There being no further business, at the hour of 2:19 p.m., the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting adjourned.
