MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Commissioner Chris Nelson called the meeting to order. Present were: Commission Attorney: Karen Cremer; Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Analyst: Jim Mehlhaff; and Staff: Katlyn Gustafson
Present were:
Kathy Zander, South Dakota Grain & Feed Association; William Bryant, self; Dorothy Bryant; self; and Rick Vallery, self.
Joining the meeting by telephone were:
Chairperson: Kristie Fiegen; Commissioner: Gary Hanson; Commission Attorney: Adam de Hueck; Staff Attorneys: Amanda Reiss and Kristen Edwards; and Todd Wilkinson, representing Producers.
Grain Warehouse
1. GW17-001 In the Matter of the Grain Buyer License of H & I Grain of Hetland, Inc. (Staff Analyst: James Mehlhaff; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards, Amanda Reiss)

Commissioner Nelson moved to immediately suspend H & I’s grain buyer license, to have Commission staff immediately initiate an audit of H & I Grain, to post notice of the suspension at each H & I Grain location, and to publish notice of the suspension in newspapers serving Arlington, Hetland, and DeSmet and a newspaper of general circulation in the State of South Dakota. Motion carried 3-0.
There being no further business, at the hour of 9:35 a.m. the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting adjourned.
