MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Vice-Chairman Chris Nelson called the meeting to order. Present were: Commission Advisor: Greg Rislov; Staff Attorney: Kristen Edwards; Staff Analyst: Jim Mehlhaff; and Staff: Sherry Dickerson
Also present were:
Bob Mercer, Reporter; Chet Brokaw, The Associated Press; Jim Smith; and Chuck Jepson
Joining the meeting by telephone were:
Chairman: Gary Hanson; Commissioner: Kristie Fiegen; Commission Counsel: John Smith; and Sherman Vomacka and Jim Fulwider, Gregory Farmer’s Elevator Company
Grain

Commissioner Nelson moved to suspend the grain buyer and warehouse licenses of Gregory Farmers Elevator Company effective immediately. Motion carried 3-0.
There being no further business, at the hour of 11:05 a.m. the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting adjourned.
