MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Chairman Dustin Johnson called the meeting to order. Present were: Vice Chair Commissioner Gary Hanson; Commissioner Steve Kolbeck; Executive Director Patty Van Gerpen; Commission Advisor Greg Rislov; Commission Attorney Rolayne Wiest; Staff Analyst Harlan Best, and Administrative Secretary Anissa Grambihler
Joining the meeting by telephone were: Jason Topp and Colleen Sevold, Qwest Corporation.
Rule Making
1. RM07-001 In the Matter of Revisions and/or Additions to the Commission's
Telecommunications Rules. (Commission Attorney: Rolayne Ailts Wiest)
Ms. Rolayne Wiest explained the recommended adoption and amendment of proposed rules as numbered: 20:10:24:02, 20:10:24:04.02, 20:10:24:04.05, 20:10:24:05, 20:10:32:03, 20:10:32:06.01, 20:10:32:10, 20:10:32:29, 20:10:32:31.01, 20:10:32:54, 20:10:32:55, 20:10:33:22, 20:10:34:02.02 and 20:10:34:10. The proposed rule changes affect telecommunications rules.
Motion made my Commissioner Johnson to adopt the proposed rules with the recommendations proposed by Ms. Wiest. Motion passed 3-0.
