MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING

Chairman Bob Sahr called the meeting to order.  Also present were Vice Chairman Dustin Johnson; Commissioner Gary Hanson; Executive Director Patty Van Gerpen; Commission Attorneys Rolayne Ailts Wiest and John Smith; Staff Analysts Bob Knadle and Steve Wegman; Administrative Secretary Tina Douglas; and Cheri Wittler, Court Reporter

Also present were: Tom Knapp and Pam Bonrud, NorthWestern Energy.

Joining the meeting by telephone was Kelly Hildebrandt, Argus Leader.

Chairman Sahr moved to recess the meeting until 3:00pm (CT).  Commissioner Johnson seconded and Commissioner Hanson concurred.  Motion passed 3-0

Commissioner Johnson moved to approve the Settlement Agreement regarding the filing with FERC in Docket EC06-127-000 and authorized the Agreement to be executed by General Counsel and the Executive Director.  Commissioner Hanson seconded.   Motion passed 2-0.

Chairman Sahr recused himself from voting on this Docket.

Meeting adjourned.
