MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Chairman Jim Burg called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m. Present were Commissioner Pam Nelson, Executive Director Bill Bullard, General Counsel Rolayne Ailts Wiest, Staff Attorney Camron Hoseck, Utility Analysts Bob Knadle and Dave Jacobson, Transportation/Warehouse Division Director Ed Anderson, Transportation/Warehouse Division Inspector Jeff Lorensen, Telecommunications Analyst Harlan Best, Legal intern Tricia Zimmer and Administrative Secretary Shirleen Fugitt.
Joining the meeting by phone were Commissioner Laska Schoenfelder and Tom Alberts representing Utica Grain and Feed, Inc.
Transportation/Warehouse
Commissioner Jim Burg moved to reopen the docket for consideration of additional testimony. Commissioner Nelson seconded and Commissioner Schoenfelder concurred. Motion passed 3-0.
A hearing will be held in this matter on Friday, May 16, 1997, in Yankton, SD.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:25 p.m.
