PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING

MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Chairman Burg called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Present were Commissioner Pam Nelson, Commissioner Laska Schoenfelder, Executive Director Bill Bullard, Staff Attorney Karen Cremer, Consumer Representative Leni Healy, Utility Analyst Bob Knadle and Administrative Secretary Shirleen Fugitt.
Also present was Warren May representing McLeod USA.
Joining the meeting by phone were Doug Schneider, Pam Communications and Bill Haas, McLeod USA.
Telecommunications
Doug Schneider, PAMCOMM, addressed the company's request to withdraw its intervention. Ms. Cremer recommended granting the request and approval of the tariff filing.
Commissioner Schoenfelder moved to allow PAMCOMM to withdraw its request for intervention and to approve the tariff filing. Commissioner Nelson seconded and Chairman Burg concurred. Motion passed 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned.
