Rates for Purchase of Electricity Generated from Small Renewable Power Facilities

SDCL 49-34A-108 requires each electric utility to file with the commission the electric utility's minimum rates for purchase of electricity generated from renewable resources and produced by a small renewable power facility that has a capacity of 100 kilowatts or less.
