Utility Interconnection Reports
Per South Dakota Administrative Rule 20:10:36:63, all public utilities must "keep records relating to all applications and small generator facilities for a period of three years." In the event a small generator facility is interconnected, the utility must provide a report to the commission by March 1 of the following calendar year.
