1. EL07-005 In the Matter of the Filing by Northern States Power Company d/b/a Xcel Energy for Approval of Tariff Revisions. (Staff Analysts: Brian Rounds/Dave Jacobson, Staff Attorney: Kara Van Bockern)
On January 22, 2007, Northern States Power Company, d/b/a Xcel Energy ("Xcel") filed a petition to temporarily modify the on-peak time period of the Xcel's Time-of-Day service tariffs. The purpose is to accommodate a federally mandated trial change in the Daylight Savings Time ("DST"). The Company proposes to apply these tariff modifications in March 2007, coincident with the change in DST.
TODAY, shall the commission Approve the Tariff Revisions?
On February 28, 2007, Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU) filed a petition to temporarily modify the on-peak time period of the MDU's Time-of-Day service tariffs. The purpose is to accommodate a federally mandated trial change in the Daylight Savings Time ("DST"). The Company proposes to apply these tariff modifications in March 2007, coincident with the change in DST.
