Telecommunications
On November 1, 2006, Capital Telephone Company, Inc. filed an application seeking a Certificate of Authority to provide competitive local exchange services, interexchange telecommunications services and operator services in South Dakota exchanges served by Qwest.
TODAY, shall the Commission Grant a Certificate of Authority to Capital Telephone Company, Inc.?
