NOTE: Docket participants who wish to join this meeting by conference call should contact the Commission at 605-773-3201 by 10:00 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, to reserve a phone line. Lines are limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis, subject to possible reassignment to accommodate persons who must appear in a proceeding. Ultimately, if you wish to participate in docket discussion at the Commission Meeting and a line is not available, you may have to appear in person.

AGENDA OF AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Grain Warehouse
1. GW21-001 In the Matter of the PUC Staff’s Complaint Against Fearless Grain Marketing, LLC and Jeremey Frost (Grain Warehouse Manager: Cody Chambliss; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards, Amanda Reiss)
On March 31, 2021, PUC staff filed with the Commission a Complaint and Request for Injunction against Fearless Grain Marketing, LLC (Fearless) and Jeremey Frost (Frost) regarding actions constituting operation as a grain buyer without a license. In its Complaint, staff requested the Commission hold an Ad Hoc Meeting to consider whether an immediate injunction against Fearless and Frost’s grain buying activities is warranted.
TODAY, shall the Commission grant PUC staff’s request to seek an immediate injunction against Fearless Grain Marketing, LLC and Jeremey Frost? OR, how shall the Commission proceed?
Public Comment
Individuals who wish to make public comments to the commission may do so in person during this time. All who offer public comment are requested to sign in at the commission meeting. Time limits for comments may be determined at the discretion of the chairman.
