AGENDA OF AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Grain
On March 27, 2013, Commission Staff filed a Petition requesting the Commission immediately suspend Gregory Farmers Elevator Company's grain buyer license, as well as the elevator's grain warehouse license pursuant to SDCL 49-45-3 and 49-43-5.9. Staff is aware of specific acts of insolvency and believes immediate action is necessary.
TODAY, shall the Commission suspend the grain buyer and warehouse licenses of Gregory Farmers Elevator Company effective immediately? OR, how shall the Commission proceed?
