Electric
On September 27, 2012, Otter Tail Power Company (Otter Tail) submitted for Commission approval a revised Section 16.00, Sheet No.1 of its Tariff Book. The municipal service agreements, currently listed as contracts with deviations, between Otter Tail and the Town of Bushnell and the Town of Eden will expire in October. The new agreements for municipal services bring rates within Otter Tail's current tariff on file with the Commission.

On October 29, 2009, South Dakota Network (SDN) submitted a complaint against Sprint Communications Company L.P. (Sprint) for 1.) failing to pay intrastate centralized equal access charges at the rates approved by the Commission, 2.) failing to immediately pay undisputed portions of SDN's invoices as required by SDN's Tariff, and 3.) payment by Sprint of SDN's costs of action, reasonable attorney's fees incurred by SDN, and for twice the amount of damages sustained by SDN, if SDN is required to recover its damages by suit or on appeal. On October 26, 2012, Sprint filed a Stipulation for Dismissal of Sprint Communications Company LP's Third-Party Complaint against Northern Valley Communications, L.L.C. and Northern Valley's Counterclaim against Sprint; and, Sprint Communications Company LP's Motion for Approval of Second Amendment to Confidentiality Agreement.
TODAY, shall the Commission grant the Stipulation for Dismissal of Sprint Communications Company LP's Third-Party Complaint against Northern Valley Communications, L.L.C. and Northern Valley's Counterclaim against Sprint? AND, shall the Commission approve the Second Amendment to Confidentiality Agreement?
On October 4, 2012, the Commission received a filing from Cincinnati Bell Any Distance Inc. (CBAD) for a Certificate of Authority to Provide Resold Local Exchange Telecommunications Services in South Dakota.
