ADDENDUM TO THE
AGENDA OF COMMISSION MEETING
Electric
On September 22, 2010, TSP Sioux Falls, LLC (TSP) filed notice and made a request for determination of the metering requirements for a planned renovation of a office building at 1112 West Ave North in Sioux Falls, S.D.
TODAY, shall the Commission determine if the electric utility systems of the building qualify as an exemption to individual metering requirements under 20:10:26:04(6)?
