ADDENDUM TO THE
AGENDA OF COMMISSION MEETING

1.         EL10-010 -  In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy for Approval of a Contract with Deviations. (Staff Analyst: Dave Jacobson, Jon Thurber, Brittany Mehlhaff, Staff Attorney: Ryan Soye)

             On July 20, 2010, the Commission received an application from NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy (NorthWestern) for approval of a contract with deviations to add a second transformer that will serve a proposed addition to the Lewis & Clark Specialty Hospital. NorthWestern will install, or arrange for the installation of, approximately 499 feet of underground cable. In addition, a 500 KVA transformer, Elbow Cabinet and additional appurtenances will be installed and owned by NorthWestern. NorthWestern has requested an effective date of July 27, 2010, and has requested approval with less than 30 days notice.

      TODAY, shall the Commission approve the contract with deviations and associated tariff revision to be effective July 27, 2010, with less than 30 days notice?
