SECOND ADDENDUM TO THE
AGENDA OF COMMISSION MEETING

Electric

1.      EL09-020        In the Matter of the Joint Request for an Electric Service Exception between Otter Tail Power Company and Whetstone Valley Electric Cooperative Inc. (Staff Analyst: Dave Jacobson, Staff Attorney: Kara Semmler)

  
        On October 16, 2009, Otter Tail Power Company (OTP) filed an application for approval allowing OTP to provide service to a grain bin site owned by Whetstone Ag Supply, Inc. which is located in Whetstone Valley Electric Cooperative's service territory. The grain bin site is located in the east one-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 122 North, Range 50, Roberts County, South Dakota. The application includes an agreement by both utilities regarding the exception and a request from the customer for approval of the agreement. Approval with less than 30 days notice is being requested if applicable.

TODAY, shall the Commission Approve the Application for a Service Territory Exception with Less Than 30 Days Notice?

Announcements

1.   Commissioners will be meeting with representatives of MN Wireless on October 23, 2009, at 9 a.m. in the Cactus Conference Room at the PUC Office, Pierre, SD, to discuss MN Wireless company updates. (Rescheduled from October 21, 2009.)
