ADDENDUM TO THE
AGENDA OF COMMISSION MEETING
Natural Gas
Application by NorthWestern Energy for approval of a contract with deviations with NuGen Energy, LLC and associated tariff revisions which would allow a customer specific fuel retention factor for NuGen Energy, LLC. This contract is proposed to be in effect until September 30, 2010. The proposed effective date of the contract and tariffs is October 20, 2009, and NorthWestern is requesting approval with less than 30 days notice.
TODAY, shall the Commission approve the Proposed Contract with Deviations and Associated Tariff Revisions on Less than 30 days Notice?
