ADDENDUM TO THE AGENDA

Telecommunications

1. TC02-012 IN THE MATTER OF THE FILING FOR APPROVAL OF A RECIPROCAL TRANSPORT AND TERMINATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN WWC LICENSE L.L.C. AND NORTHERN VALLEY COMMUNICATIONS, LLC. (Staff Attorney: Kelly Frazier.)

On February 4, 2002, the Commission received for approval a filing for a Reciprocal and Termination Agreement between Northern Valley Communications and Western Wireless. According to the parties, the Agreement is a negotiated agreement whereby the parties wish to put in place an arrangement for the mutual exchange and reciprocal compensation of local telecommunications traffic in accord with the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Parties had until February 25, 2002, to file comments.

TODAY, shall the Commission approve the proposed agreement?

2. TC02-020 IN THE MATTER OF THE FILING FOR APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QWEST CORPORATION AND DIECA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. D/B/A COVAD COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY. (Staff Attorney: Kelly Frazier.)

On February 22, 2002, the Commission received for approval a filing of an Amendment to the Wireline Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (Qwest) and Covad Commununications Company for the State of South Dakota (Covad). According to the parties the Amendment is a negotiated amendment which is made in order to add terms and conditions for testing on Shared Loops and adding paragraph 19.A to the Repair and Maintenance section of the Agreement as set forth in the Amendment. Parties had until March 14, 2002, to file comments.

TODAY, shall the Commission approve the proposed amendment?


3. TC02-021 IN THE MATTER OF THE FILING FOR APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QWEST CORPORATION AND NEW EDGE NETWORK, INC. D/B/A NEW EDGE NETWORKS. (Staff Attorney: Kelly Frazier.)

On February 22, 2002, the Commission received for approval a filing of an Amendment for Unbundled Loops and Unbundled Dedicated Interoffice Transport (UDIT) to the Interconnection Agreement between New Edge Network, Inc. (New Edge) and Qwest Corporation (Qwest). According to the parties the Amendment is a negotiated amendment which is made in order to replace in its entirety, the terms, conditions and rates for Unbundled Loops and Unbundled UDIT to the agreement or any associated amendment, as set forth in Attachments 1 and 2 and Exhibits A and B of the Amendment. Parties had until March 14, 2002, to file comments.
