AGENDA OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Telecommunications
On October 10, 1997, the Commission received a request from U S WEST Communications, Inc. for designation as eligible telecommunications carrier. No parties have filed to intervene. The Commission held a public hearing for the above captioned docket on November 19, 1997. A ad hoc meeting of December 11, 1997, the Commission deferred action in this matter pending the receipt of information regarding the geographic locations of certain multi-party customers.
Today, shall the Commission grant U S WEST designation as eligible telecommunications carrier? And, what service areas shall be established by the Commission?
