The PUC publishes wildfire mitigations plans submitted pursuant to SDCL chapter 49-49, enacted by the Legislature in 2026. The PUC only has the authority and responsibility to file and publish the plans but does not have jurisdiction to review or approve of the plans. Therefore, the PUC makes no representations as to the contents of these plans.
