EL12-055 In the Matter of the Filing by Otter Tail Power Company for Approval of Tariff Revisions
On September 27, 2012, Otter Tail Power Company (Otter Tail) submitted for Commission approval of a revised Section 16.00, Sheet No.1 of its Tariff Book. The municipal service agreements, currently listed as contracts with deviations, between Otter Tail and the Town of Bushnell and the Town of Eden will expire in October. The new agreements for municipal services bring rates within Otter Tail's current tariff on file with the Commission.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS
On October 1, 2012, AT&T Corp. (AT&T) filed for Commission approval of its Access Services and Network Interconnection Services Tariff. This replaces the current AT&T Communications of the Midwest, Inc.'s Access Services and Network Interconnection Services Tariff in its entirety and does not include any new rate, price or practice. AT&T requests an effective date of November 1, 2012.
