PS12-003 In the Matter of Pipeline Penalty Worksheet Approval
On July 9, 2012, the Pipeline Safety Staff filed a letter requesting approval of the revised pipeline penalty worksheet. The worksheet was modified pursuant to Commission discussion and operator input.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS
On July 5, 2012, FiberComm, L.C. (FiberComm) requested approval of revisions to its Tariff No. 2. to implement the Federal Communications Commission’s Intercarrier Compensation Reform Order, FCC 11-161. The Order capped intrastate rates at December 29, 2011, levels and began a nine-year transition to bill-and-keep for terminating access rates. FiberComm has elected to begin mirroring their interstate rates and rate structure with the addition of a transitional rate. FiberComm requests a July 3, 2012, effective date.
