TC11-086 – In the Matter of the Approval of an Amendment to a Wireless Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Verizon Wireless for the State of South Dakota  

On September 27, 2011, the Commission received a filing pursuant to 47 U.S.C. §252 for approval of an Amendment ("Amendment") for Wireless Originated 8XX Jointly Provided Switched Access ("JPSA") traffic to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Verizon Wireless, LLC. Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties no later than October 17, 2011. Parties may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.
