TELECOMMUNICATIONS
On June 3, 2011, the Commission received a filing for approval of an Amendment to an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and MCC Telephony of the Midwest, LLC dba Mediacom. Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than June 27, 2011. Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.

TC11-068 In the Matter of the Filing by RC Communications, Inc. dba RC Services for Approval of its Intrastate Switched Access Tariff
On May 27, 2011, the Commission received a petition from RC Communications, Inc. dba RC Services requesting approval of its intrastate switched access tariff rates. The filing is made in compliance with the Commission's Order in RM05-002 requiring CLECs to conform to the rates of the Regional Bell Operating Company.

TC11-069 In the Matter of the Filing by South Dakota Network, LLC for an Extension of an Exemption from Developing Company Specific Cost-Based Switched Access Rates
On June 7, 2011, South Dakota Network, LLC (SDN) filed an application for waiver of the requirement to file a switched access cost study as required by Commission rule ARSD 20:10:27:07. SDN requests the waiver of the cost study requirement because of the costs and resources involved in producing a study and indicated that a preliminary analysis indicates that a cost study would support higher rates.

TC11-070 In the Matter of the Petition of Fiber Ring Revenue-Pooling Association for Approval of Amended Revenue Pooling Documents
On June 8, 2011, the Fiber Ring Revenue-Pooling Association (FRRPA) filed a Petition to seek Commission approval for the addition of an Ethernet Traffic Class to the FRRPA Ring User LECs' (RUL) Contracts with a proposed effective date for availability of the new traffic class to member LEC ring users of July 15, 2011. The current RUL contracts between FRRPA and its member LECs and between FRRPA and SDN will remain the same. Each Exhibit that outlines the various services available to ring users will be amended to include the new Ethernet traffic class, including rates for said class of traffic. All other traffic classes and rates, including PNS rates, are not impacted by or changed as a result of the addition of an Ethernet class of traffic.
