EL10-010 -  In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy for Approval of a Contract with Deviations

            On July 20, 2010, the Commission received an application from NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy (NorthWestern) for approval of a contract with deviations to add a second transformer that will serve a proposed addition to the Lewis & Clark Specialty Hospital. NorthWestern will install, or arrange for the installation of, approximately 499 feet of underground cable. In addition, a 500 KVA transformer, Elbow Cabinet, and additional appurtenances will be installed and owned by NorthWestern. The Company is asking for approval with less than 30 days notice with an effective date of July 27, 2010.
