ONE CALL COMPLAINT
On September 8, 2009, William P. Heaston, South Dakota Network, LLC filed a complaint against Sharpe Enterprises, Inc., Fort Pierre, South Dakota, alleging a violation of SDCL 49-7A-8. The complaint alleges that excavation began before the start time and before the facilities were located and marked.
