On July 7, 2009, Otter Tail Power Company ("OTP") filed an application with the Commission for approval of tariff revisions. OTP requests that the contract with Valley Queen Cheese Factory, Inc. be removed from OTP's Summary List of Contracts with Deviations.

PIPELINE SAFETY
On July 7, 2009, NorthWestern Energy, pursuant to SDCL 49-34B-24, requested a waiver of 49 C.F.R. 192.625(a). Specifically, NorthWestern's filing requests a permanent waiver from specific aspects of the odorization of natural gas as required in the cited federal code.
