RM09-001       In the Matter of the Adoption of Rules Regarding Pipeline Safety.

Commission pipeline safety staff filed a request to open a rulemaking docket and receive public comment on 3/9/09.  Staff requests that the Commission allow a 30 day formal comment period for operators and a 10 day staff reply opportunity prior to the scheduling of a hearing mid-summer 2009.
