EL09-001        In the Matter of the Filing by Otter Tail Corporation d/b/a Otter Tail Power Company for Approval to Update its Rates for Small Power Production and Cogeneration.

On January 12, 2009, Otter Tail Corporation d/b/a Otter Tail Power Company filed an application to update the customer charges, the energy and capacity payments, introduce Renewable Energy Credits, and update the terms and conditions in the Small Power Producer Rider-Occasional Delivery Energy Service, Small Power Producer Rider-Time Of Delivery Energy Service, and Small Power Producer Rider-Dependable Service rate schedules.  The Company has requested an effective date of March 1, 2009, for the proposed modifications to the rate schedules.

TC09-001        In the Matter of the Filing by AT&T Communications of the Midwest, Inc. for Approval of Revisions to its Access Services and Network Interconnection Services Tariff.

On January 9, 2009, AT&T Communications of the Midwest, Inc. filed for Commission approval revisions to the company's Access Services and Network Interconnection Services Tariff.  The revisions add clarifying language regarding billing and collection disputes.  The company has requested an effective date of January 10, 2009, for the tariff changes.
