On September 26, 2008, the South Dakota One Call Notification Board received a complaint filing from Crooks Municipal Utilities. According to the complaint, on September 25, 2008, Geppert Construction of Crooks, South Dakota, did not follow One Call Statutes and rules while excavating. Specifically, he did not call for locates prior to installing a new culvert.
