TC08-102        In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Kentucky Data Link, Inc.

On August 8, 2008, the Commission received a filing for the approval of an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Kentucky Data Link, Inc.  Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than August 28, 2008.  Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.

TC08-103        In the Matter of the Petition of Brookings Municipal Utilities d/b/a Swiftel Communications for Approval of a Partial Relinquishment of its Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier.

On August 11, 2008, Swiftel Communications filed a petition to partially relinquish its designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (ETC).  Swiftel previously provided services required as a designated ETC through an agreement with Sprint.  The agreement with Sprint will expire in March 2009.  Affected service areas will no longer be served by Swiftel.  Swiftell requests therefore, to amend the scope of its ETC designation so as to exclude the areas it will no longer serve.

TC08-104        In the Matter of the Application of Enventis Telecom, Inc. for a Certificate of Authority to Provide Interexchange Telecommunications Services in South Dakota.

On August 13, 2008, Enventis Telecom, Inc filed an application for a certificate of authority to provide interexchange telecommunication services in the State of South Dakota. Enventis plans to provide these services throughout the State of South Dakota.
