OC08-003       In the Matter of the Complaint filed by the City of Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, against Hander, Inc. Plumbing and Heating, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

            On July 31, 2008, the South Dakota One Call Notification Board received a complaint filed by the City of Sioux Falls.  According to the complaint, Hander, Inc. Plumbing and Heating of Sioux Falls, SD did not follow all necessary statutory precautions to avoid facility damage.  Facility damage did occur to a traffic conduit and fiber cable at 23rd Street and Cliff Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD, on July 25, 2008.
