EL08-017 In the Matter of the Filing by Otter Tail Power Company for Approval of Tariff Revisions.
Application by Otter Tail Power Company for approval to revise its tariffed Summary of Contracts with Deviations. The existing contract with the City of Peever will expire on August 1, 2008. Otter Tail states the new agreement does not contain any deviations from Otter Tail's currently filed tariff and therefore requests that reference to a contract with the City of Peever be removed from the Summary of Contracts with Deviations.

On June 19, 2008, the Commission received a filing for the approval of an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and XO Communications, Inc. Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than July 9, 2008. Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.

On June 24, 2008, NexUSTel, LLC filed an application for a certificate of authority to provide resold interexchange telecommunication services in the State of South Dakota. NexUSTel, LLC plans to provide these services throughout the State of South Dakota.
