The above companies shall appear on February 13, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in the Cactus Conference Room, State Capitol Building, 500 East Capitol, Pierre, South Dakota, to show cause why action should not be taken against the company for failure to comply with SDCL Chapter 49-1A.
