TC07-123 In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of a Boundary Change between Valley Telecommunications Cooperative Association, Inc. and Dickey Rural Telephone Cooperative.

       Joint application by Valley Telecommunications Cooperative Association, Inc. ("Valley") and Dickey Rural Telephone Cooperative ("Dickey Rural") for approval of a boundary change pursuant to SDCL 49-31-69. The applicants submit that the change of boundaries will provide a more easily defined boundary between Valley and Dickey Rural in the exchanges of Eureka/Ashley, Longlake/Ashley, Longlake/Nelvik, Leola/Nelvik, and Leola/Forbes and no current customers are affected by the proposed boundary changes. The applicants have attached service area maps indicating the area affected by the proposed boundary changes. The applicants also request a waiver of all other application requirements required by ARSD 20:10:32:03 because the Commission currently has all of the requested information on file and the data required is not affected by the proposed boundary changes.

TC07-124 In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of an Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement between Stockholm-Strandburg Telephone Company d/b/a ITC and Rural Cellular Corporation.

        On December 24, 2007, the Commission received a filing for the approval of an Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement, between Stockholm-Strandburg Telephone Company and Rural Cellular Corporation. Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than January 14, 2008. Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.

TC07-125 In the Matter of the Application of Consumer Telcom, Inc. for a Certificate of Authority to Provide Interexchange Telecommunications Services in South Dakota

       On December 26, 2007, Consumer Telcom, Inc. (CTI) filed an application seeking a Certificate of Authority to provide interexchange telecommunications services in South Dakota. CTI intends to provide resold interexchange outbound services throughout South Dakota.
