CT07-006 -  In the Matter of the Complaint filed by Jack and Cindy Brunson, Edgemont, South Dakota, against Golden West Telecommunications Cooperative Regarding Telecommunications Services.

 

              Complaint by Jack and Cindy Brunson, Edgemont, SD, regarding lack of a phone service hookup.  The Brunsons are requesting phone service and a line hookup.

TC07-121 -  In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of a Boundary Change between Qwest Corporation and West River Cooperative Telephone Company.

 

              Filing of revised Exchange Boundary maps by Qwest Corporation and West River Cooperative Telephone Company. This change is being made to accommodate a customer who is currently served by Qwest, but wishes to be served by West River.  This change will not affect any other customers in that area.

TC07-122 -  In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of an Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement between Interstate Telecommunications Cooperative, Inc. and Rural Cellular Corporation.

 

              On December 18, 2007, the Commission received a filing for the approval of an Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement, between Interstate Telecommunications Cooperative, Inc. and Rural Cellular Corporation.  Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than January 7, 2008.  Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.
