COMPLAINTS
Complaint by Black Hills Shooters Supply against Reduced Rate Long Distance, LLC, regarding the unauthorized long distance charges billed to it. Black Hills Shooters Supply contends Reduced Rate charged it for services it neither ordered nor authorized. Black Hills Shooters Supply requests reimbursement in addition to corrective action to remedy any negative affect the unauthorized bills may have had on its credit history and further requests the PUC order Reduced Rate to pay any other statutory fines the PUC deems appropriate.

Complaint by Patricia Byrne of the Argus Barber Shop against Reduced Rate Long Distance, LLC, regarding the unauthorized long distance charges billed to it. Ms Byrne contends Reduced Rate, charged her business for services it neither ordered nor authorized. Ms. Byrne requests reimbursement in addition to corrective action to remedy any negative affect the unauthorized bills may have had on her business' credit history and further requests the PUC order Reduced Rate to pay any other statutory fines the PUC deems appropriate.

ONE CALL
On November 6, 2007, the South Dakota One Call Notification Board received a filing of a complaint by Ginny Beck of Crooks Municipal Utilities, Crooks, South Dakota. According to the complaint, although a locate ticket was called in, Solid Fence Company prematurely began excavation work at 405 South Susan, Crooks, South Dakota, prior to the marking of facilities.
