NG07-017 In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Energy for Approval of Tariff Revisions.
Application by NorthWestern Energy to update its fuel retention percentage for natural gas transportation service. NorthWestern Energy's tariff provides that the fuel retention percentage be adjusted annually with the updated percentage to be effective October 1 of each year.

NG07-018 In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Energy for Approval of Tariff Revisions.
On August 31, 2007, NorthWestern Energy (NWE) filed an application seeking approval of revisions to its South Dakota Natural Gas tariff. NWE is proposing to 1) limit the size of the Grain Dryers on Rate 85 and move the remaining Grain Dryers to Rate 86, 2) modify the Rate 86 true up date and 3) modify the daily imbalance cashout of large use customers.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS
On August 30, 2007, DakotaComm, LLC filed a petition in accordance with ARSD 20:10:27:11, asking the Commission to extend its exemption from filing company specific cost-based intrastate switched access rates. DakotaComm is requesting its switched access rates be based on the cost of all the telecommunications companies with less than 100,000 access lines pursuant to ARSD 20:10:27:12.

On August 31, 2007, the Commission received a filing for the approval of a Resale Agreement, between Qwest Corporation and NOS Communications, Inc. Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than September 20, 2007. Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.
