OC07-005       In the Matter of the Complaint filed by Kaneb Pipeline Operating Partnership, L.P., Sioux Falls, South Dakota, against Landscape Garden Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. 

            On June 11, 2007, the South Dakota One Call Notification Board received a filing of a complaint by Curt Grafing of Kaneb Pipeline Operating Partnership, L.P. against Landscape Garden Center of South Dakota.  According to the complaint, Landscape Garden Center narrowly missed hitting a pipeline in Lincoln County, South Dakota, while trenching, without first obtaining a valid locate request.
